Couldn’t you just fit a (dual/quad/octo) LNB to the existing Sky dish and route one or more outputs to your FreeSat recevier?

That’s not my understanding at all.

You ARE allowed two dishes - one no more than 60cm and the other no more than 100cm.

And it’s if your building is more than 15m that you may need planning permission etc.
